Check-In and Check-Out system in CDOC permit users to change the file in a document. Each document has correlated files and those all need to be updated then and now. In CDOC with check-In and check-out option, many users can view and edit the same document in a well-synchronized method so that no changes are missed or overwritten. Users can see the document’s status, and understand if a document is being checked and edited and also can view by whom. In the mean-while, if a document is in the Check-Out status, it is available for read-only controls.
