Description

Coarse aggregates or simply aggregates are medium grained crushed stone/ rocks majorly used in construction and are one of most mined materials in the world. 20 mm aggregates are of size greater than 4.75 mm and typically get classified as 20 mm. They are obtained from natural disintegration or through artificial crushing of rocks in crusher machines. The maximum size of coarse aggregate should be 80 mm. It is majorly used in concrete elements with thin sections, closely spaced and heavy reinforcement for better strength and strong hold.
